Attracting young people to the insurance industry has always been a challenge. Along with the negative press the industry regularly receives, most school leavers demonstrate a lack of understanding about the myriad of opportunities that exist within a complex and highly varied profession. Despite some movement over the last few years, insurance is still rarely on the agenda of young people graduating from university.
