Shaneika Sutherland  urges people to “never compare yourself. Get out there and continue to learn…. You’ll eventually get to the path you’re supposed to be on. Just trust the journey.”

And she should know because she has done just that.

Shaneika Sutherland currently serves as the National Development Manager at McLardy McShane Insurance Brokers.
