Every successful career has a price tag attached and Nigel Fitzgerald is the first to acknowledge that he is no martyr.

Fitzgerald, who was Chief Operating Officer at Steadfast prior to co-founding his current business, an AI-focussed insurtech,Kaibridge, says he chose a path of long work hours.

“I wouldn’t deem it a work priority today,” he affirms. “I’d be at the wedding!”
